Sadly, disgruntled employees, which did not meet our standards and criteria were dismissed. They are displayed here, in several reviews , creating fictitious personas, obvious and complaining mostly of the owner. I am not saying we are perfect, but a business of 15 years has a lot of merit backing it.

My devotion of my heart and soul has been to share my desire to help others heal and create healthy changes in their lives. I hire those individuals that demonstrate integrity, a high standard of education and a heart of service. I have to make sound choices to preserve the integrity of my business.

The women I have working for me are beautiful people that want to serve, have educated themselves and take pride in their work. I don't normally respond, but feel a responsibility to the amazing people I have working WITH me, that have kept my dream going through my intermittent absence. As I heal through my own challenges of health, it allows Me to bring new experiences I've overcome with holisic alternatives, and those values, I live to share. "as you learn, teach"

I don't know how this place is still in business. To start off our couples appointment was pushed back a half hour. Then the owner Gloria acted as if she were drunk. She made rude comments and gestures. We will not be returning.

my therapist was an hr late for my appointment...when she finally arrived to see me, she did not apologize or offer a discount for my wait. she then rushed through my service...wen asked to speak to owner, turns out she WAS the owner. i still had to pay full price for care. i was extremely unhappy with the services provided here for me...next time i will be reading the reviews, before booking at such a disorganized place...

I started working at Healing Waters back in October. I noticed small amounts being deducted out of my check. The management at Healing Waters was extremely chaotic. Besides being anywhere from 30 mins to an hour late for appointments an packages, Gloria was known to make scenes, or talk through massages we did together. I had many clients tell me her presence made them uncomfortable. As beautiful and unique as Healing Waters is, it is very ill managed. I don't regret my time there, but I do regret allowing myself to be taken advantage of for far to long. I would advise anyone to read the reviews before considering this place for yourself or others over the holidays... Yours Truly Previous Employee

Couldn't tell me when we COULD start. Left w/o massages

First of all, I paid upfront. I had gotten a massage at a different location a couple years back using a gift card, and they required me to pay upfront. I figured that was more or less standard procedure. The hostess took me to the relaxation lounge. She informed me that the woman was running slightly behind and would be with me shortly. It was late in the day, so I was ok with having to wait a few minutes. I assumed that several services went over their time allotment, and now it had resulted in a bit of a wait time. I thought to myself at least she spends the full amount of time to the customer. After half an hour, I decided to check to make sure that everything was ok. The hostess assured me that it was and informed me that the lady had to run out and was supposed to have been back. Turns out that she needed to run an errand and left before my service. That wouldn't have been a big deal if she had returned near the time of my appointment. The hostess tried to remedy the situation by setting me up with the foot soak and a massage chair. I wanted to leave, but I had already paid. The lady that was to do my pedicure was the owner, so I couldn't complain to the owner. I figured that when she arrived she would make some sort of peace offering. I guess that she was aware that I had waited 50 MINUTES and her way to make it right was to speed through the service. The advertised length is about 55 minutes. She was done in about 40 to 45 minutes. I paid full price and ended up feeling like I was being an inconvenience. She rushed through the pedicure. She could have offered a partial refund. A different option would be to offer a discounted service in the future. That would have probably been best seeing as how I would never use it, I wouldn't trust her to spend my time to help me feel pampered. I left feeling completely let down and felt like I wasted my money and considering drive time, over two hours. As a busy mom, 1 free hour is a luxury. Considering I had spent 2 hours and paid money, I should have left feeling a little better and not a little worse.

My first experience at this spa was for a full massage. I could not have been treated more professionally or felt more pampered in this establishment. Since my initial visit I have scheduled monthly visits for various treatments and have always left feeling rejuvenated inside and out. The staff is alway accomodating to my schedule which is a huge plus for me. They have always made me feel special and look I look forward to my next visit. I would recommend this Spa highly for any personal grooming or rejuvenation. You'll feel like a new woman!
