The day after Christmas I had some things to pick up. I knew the store would be crowded and it was. I stood in an express line for nearly 30 minutes, then when I was next in line I heard the cashier tell the people in front of me that the register was broken and was only accepting cash or check. I was planning to pay by credit card. At no time during the 30 minutes in line was I informed of this problem. No signs were posted. I had to go to another line and stand for nearly another 25 minutes, just to purchase 7 items. No apology from the cashier, either.
