We placed a $25 order. With no fault of the delivery person it was 10 minutes late getting here because of a road closier. After checking the order we noticed that an order of sweet and sour shrimp was not complete. They had sent the sweet and sour sause but not the shrimp. With there being a bit of a language barrier over the phone we drove the food back to the store. Upon entering my wife explained what had happened. We were going to settle for the missing shrimp and let it go. but the female that took the order told my wife she had not placed the order correctly. Now remember "they" had given us the sause but not the shrimp. Upon hearing that is was "our fault" my wife asked for a complete refund and we ate elsewhere that not. it wasn't a good experience.
