Better Business Bureau (BBB)

I was helping a friend in need. who became homeless and she went to the motel Civic Plaza on Pine st. MY daughter went to the motel to pay for a couple of days for her. since I live out of state she used her debit card and was told the card declined which is a LIE BECAUSE THE MONEY WAS TAKEN FROM THE ACCOUNT. after making a few calls to Abilene I find out this is the way this motel operates. we are having to get our bank to argue with them and I'm waiting a few days to give them a chance to do a reversal . and take them to court and go PUBLIC WITH THIS...IF YOU READ THIS PLEASE DO NOT GO AND USE THE SERVICE OF CEVIC PLAZA IN ABILENE TEXAS...
