Superior Sanitation

As a new resident in Chapman, there were only two options for waste removal. I initially chose Superior Sanitation because of their competitive pricing and my desire to support small business owners. I was hoping that negative reviews posted on this site were few and far between, but this does not appear to be the case.

Superior Sanitation had almost two weeks to deliver a trashcan to our home and failed to do so. They did not answer their phones during regular hours of operation and they did not return our phone calls when we left messages. In my opinion, this business is unreliable and untrustworthy, and they do not care about their customers. I recommend saving yourself the frustration and setting up waste disposal service with Waste Management. You will pay some additional fees and taxes every quarter, but they are reliable and professional.
