Prolube #4

Went in for inspection, was told I needed new power steering pump before it would pass. They charged me a portion of the inspection fee and told me to return after I got a pump and they would finish the inspection and I'd have to pay the remaining balance.

Took my vehicle to Wilmington Auto and Tire for the power steering pump- upon inspecting my vehicle they told me that a pump was not needed, they had no idea why pro lube didn't pass me. So basically I wasted 25 dollars at Prolube for an inspection that didnt pass and was told I needed a part that I didnt actually need.

Eddie and his crew went above and beyond to help me get my car taken care of and for the best price! They are also fun to be around so it made a usually dreaded chore a lot less painful���� Thank you!

Most wonderful staff, I stopped in about a month ago with my husbands truck and I was more than pleased with the service I received, the manager Eddie was very polite and honest and more than thorough with details as to what they were going to do for me. They got me in and out of there in perfect timing. I will continue coming to this location. More than pleased!!!

My bank about the unauthorized transaction. This is not how you should do business. Called customer service for Pto Lube three times and stl no reply.

This place can't keep business because they suck at everything they do. I have literally seen people walk out of this place mad everytime I'm in there. This time they screwed me over.

I WILL Not ever go back and will most definitely will tell everyone i know in Odgen area not to go and waste there time even on an inspection.

Take all our cars for oil changes and state inspections. Great guys, tell it like it is!!

This shop is the worst ever and I will never return! I went there for several years to get inspections with the same vehicle and it always passed. I go back this time and the morons who can't even spell right made up a thousand reasons why they wouldn't pass my inspection. They lied about most of the reasons and made up the rest. For example my parking brake and wipers work fine and so did the light I just replaced the day before I went there. They overcharged me by $13 for an inspection that I got the same afternoon and was passed by the very next shop I went to. They were rude, stupid and got oil and grease all over my interior and paperwork as well. Don't go to this shop unless you want complete imbecile jerks touching your vehicle, especially when they don't even know how to work a parking brake! Never again will I trust these people to do anything on my vehicle ever! They tried to tell my wife that her vehicle needed a new tie rod to pass inspection on a 3 year old vehicle once too! Of course it passed inspection at the next shop we went to and the tire showed no signs of irregular wear because they lie, but it did have a stripped oil plug we found out later from when they changed the oil! They are liars and will make up whatever they can to keep your inspection money and pocket it. Scum bags!

These are great guys, with a great reputation. They make sure your car is safe and legal before they let you leave the shop. Unfortunately the guy below just couldn't handle the facts. I, for one, appreciate the honesty, and have personally seen them guide a friend through the steps to fix an issue before it gets worse. REAL service for REAL people.

I have used Prolube for over a decade and have always been satisfied with their service and staff. Whether it is their 17th St location, Market St., or College Rd., I have always been treated courteously and with respect. Prolube has always been able to get me in and out with hardly a wait, and you don't even have to leave your car! With Prolube's help, my last car got to 350,000 miles and my current vehicle has 167,525 miles. They are doing something right!

I had my three kids with me and was out running errands. I had to get my van inspected and the oil changed. My kids can be a handful, so I came to prolube on market near my house. The guys were really nice and friendly. I was in and out before my kids could get out of control. I recommend prolube to any mom on the go!

Have been a prolube customer for years but had my best experience last week. The staff was very kind and treated me very well. I recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for good honest service.

I had my oil changed here last week and they're awesome. Real nice guys, I always go to market street cause they're the fastest. Hands down most professional staff anywhere.

The second i drove up I was polietly greeted by the exceptional and friendly staff, followed by quick and great service that had me in and out in about 10 mins. I strongly encourage anyone in the Wilmington area to take their business here. Won't be dissapointed!

My first experience at prolube wasnt awful, but i didnt recieve the greatest service. I recently had my oil changed and got an inspection. When i pulled up i was greeted with a smile which was a new feature in comparison to my last visit. All of the employees treated me with the upmost respect and i was in and out in 10 minutes give or take. It was well worth giving the shop a second chance, props to prolube for the improvements.
