Bocci Salon

I am resending my precious endorsement of Bocci. After a very unplesent face to face discussion with management I was informed they will not share their level of compliance with CDC safety protocol. They have unvaccinated staff working in the salon, without a mask. NO ONE had a mask! They refuse to do anything to protect customers, unless it is mandated by law. The last hair cut had the person cut the back shorter than I wanted and parted my hair on the wrong side. She was so busy talking to "the girls" about how nice a product worked with their hair she didn't even listen to my concerns
I put a review directly on their site and they removed it. No life is worth a haircut. Stay away from Bocci

I have been going to Bocci Salon for over 15 years! Service is fantastic and everyone is always very friendly and they are cutting edge with products!

Unprofessional, and overpriced. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They take advantage of new clientele, not informing you of their "a la carte" menu prices. Place is a disappointment.

I went to Bocci for the first time this week, (received a gift card for Christmas) I got a cut and hair color. I must first say the salon is absolutely gorgeous on the inside. I was greeted with a smile and the girl at the desk even offered me water or coffee. (Very nice touch) My stylist did an amazing job with my color and I love the cut. I found my new salon!

i went to Bocci based on reviews from here and i was very disappointed. im a new mom who was looking to get some of my groove back. i was made to feel very bad about my current look and then left with a cut and style nothing like i asked for. For the final kick, they charged me $60 for a trim and bad style when i was told it would be $35. never going back.

I've been going to Bocci for over 10 years and feel it necessary to give a REAL review unlike the one below. I visit every 6 weeks and am always greeted with a smile. Bocci was just given the award of Best Spa 2011 in the macomb daily. It's funny how the reviewer below vaguely says the "styling work is mediocre", when her real issue is the "awful reception staff"...Take it from a REAL customer...Bocci is the best salon in the area and has been for almost 20 years.

The reception staff is awful. No one will ever greet you when you walk into this salon - I've went to this salon probably 5 times and every time with the same result - awful service. The styling work is mediocre. I would not reccommend..

Bocci, wow! What an amazing place! The atmosphere is electric, everyone looks great and are so friendly. I felt very welcomed when I got there and was offered a bottle of water or coffee. Most importantly my hair is the best it's been in years! I've heard the hype and now I know why Everyone knows Bocci! I finally found My new salon. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

I like Bocci--they consistently have great stylists and I don't have the same one when I visit. From my experiences over the last several years (and I have gone to other salons due to work moves) I have never walked out with a bad cut or disappointed in the service. Admittedly when they first open this location it was spectacular and now they have settle in some--it would be great if they kept that new salon atmosphere alive.

Interesting how amberxb rates one of Bocci's competitor salons with a rave review the VERY SAME DAY she bashes her visit to Bocci. *sniff sniff* I smell a troll that bashes the competition! Read her review for yourself, she sounds like an employee of the Salon:

Lets begin by saying I am VERY picky when it comes to Salons. I found Bocci and wondered, where have you been all my life?? When I walked in I thought I was in LA! The Desk staff was very nice (offered me coffee or a bottle of Bocci Water!). The atmosphere was stunning and the energy was exciting! I got a new haircut with highlights and lowlights and it is the best I have had in a long long time! The color is perfect and the cut is incredible! I will be back, I must try out those spa services! Thanks Bocci for everything!!!
