Air Ref Incorporated

This company was too high. The owner seems not to care that his technicians don't have the basic knowledge on how to repair a system. All they want to do is sell you a new one. Their front office has a 4th grade intelligence and can't take simple requests. I finally received a call from the owner's son and he's no help either.

My upstairs air conditioner was running hot. I called Air Ref and they sent out a guy two days later. He proceeded to tell us that several things had been done incorrectly during our recent home renovation and that he would have to come back to redo most of that work. We never saw or heard from him again. I called the Air Ref office. The lady who answered the phone apologized and assured me that she would investigate and get back to me. She did not. I called back the next day. The same lady put me on hold for awhile, came back on line and told me that Dusty would be calling me that afternoon. I never heard from him. I assume no one wants to acknowledge the fact that Air Ref was the company that did the AC work during our renovation. I assume that the worker who told us about all of the corners that had been cut during the renovation did not realize that his own company had made all of those mistakes. I am appalled at the actions of this company.
