B and E Contractors was established in January of 1990 by Kevin Bisang and Rick Ehninger, hence the name B and E. Both Kevin and Rick started in the construction industry in the mid 1970's as Carpenter's Helpers and worked their way up to supervisory positions. They now have over 60 years of experience between them.
