First of all, let me start by saying that Dr. Feld is not the issue. The rest of his staff is. They are incredibly rude and incompentent and never miss a chance to make you feel more than unwelcome in their office. After taking my daughter here for the first two years of her life and dealing with the horrendous service from the front office staff, we moved to Murfreesboro, TN and were happy to have a new pediatrician. When we moved back, I also had a newborn seen here as well and had scheduled a wellness visit for my daughter. I showed up for my 10:00 appointment at 9:30 and was told my appointment was actually at 9:00. They had me reschedule. I'm 100% positive I was told that my appointment was at 10:00. Nevertheless, I was made to feel absurdly ridiculous by the staff who clearly thought I was simply mixed up. I can admit when I make a mistake but Dr. Feld's office staff does not possess that capability, apparently. This is not the first time I've had issues with the scheduling, either. So, I marched myself straight home and found a new pediatrician and scheduled new apointments for both of my children for the very next week (Dr. Feld's office couldn't see my child again for another two weeks). Apologies for the long review, but please, do not waste your time and money with this doctor's office. You will regret it.

The office staff is rude, mismanaged and needs better training. The staff did not know how to properly code and bill my BC/BS insurance and the Doctor scheduled appointments for my children without advising me first, the staff does not even pass on messages left for the Doctor. I would not send my worst enemy to this office. If there was a negative rating I would give them a -5.

Awful! I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy! This practice does not have a professional attitude what so ever! Long waits, wrong diagnoses, and HIPPA violations galore! Go here if you want everyone knowing your personal business cause nothing is kept a secret (per Linda)!
