This can cost a builder at audit time.PAYMENT TERMS: Independent roofers must be paid weekly on FridaySwan Roofing, L.L.C. terms to qualified builders are net 30 days. This gives the builder at least 15 additional days to pay the labor on a roof, which saves significantly on interim interest.WARRANTY: Should a builder have his roof installed by an independent roofer, there could be little or no warranty on the labor. Swan Roofing, L.L.C. offers a two year warranty on new roof labor and one year warranty on repairs. Additionally, the material is warranted by the manufacturer. The length of the manufacturer warranty depends upon the type shingle installed.QUALITY CONTROL: Swan Roofing, L.L.C. has a full time Field Management Supervisor and Field Inspector to ensure that each roof installed is a quality roof. Swan Roofing does not use staples only hand or coil nails.PROMOTIONAL DEALS: Many times, Swan Roofing, L.L.C. can work with the manufacturer to provide great promotional deals for qualified builders on model homes.
