Bear Camp Cabin Rentals

I live near Pigeon Forge and my heating went out at my house in the winter so we decided to make a mini vacation out of it and go stay in a cabin with our boys while the heat at our house was fixed. We stayed in "Valley Hi" and absolutely loved it! I was able to work remotely using their WiFi and the location was super convenient to downtown Pigeon Forge and we were able to get some free attraction tickets through Bear Camp which really enabled us to make the most of our time. The staff at Bear Camp was extremely friendly and caring and we had a great time! We'll definitely be back!

The reservations made were for a party of 6, 4 adults and 2 children. The accommodations provided included one bathroom that was located in the master bedroom which was in no way appropriate for the reserved party... beyond this major inconveinence, there was soiled carpet, hundreds of dead bugs (ladybugs (under pull out headboard and wasp (in window ),crumbs (under pull out mattress and on loft futon), droppings under cabinets, dust on doors and lastly but certainly not lease mold and mildew covering the bathroom.

This business has very poor business practices, they manipulate photo graphs to make places look different (in a better way) and do not fully disclose locations of homes near by. They are rude, and do not handle customer input. Our cabin had damaged kitchen benches, damaged chair, damaged pool table, as well as vents that were caked in dust (very bad health hazard). When we spoke with "management" we were ignored and put off. Our other family members had numerous issues also and not one were validated. We will never reccomend or stay with this company again. WE are so disapointed and the management company is horrible. It is their job to maintain properties, not the "owners" of the home? Those owners put their property in the hands of Bear **** ***** rentals and it is their job to maintain, clean and upkeep properties.
