Just an Awesome Tech to have as your family Mechanic, Highly intelligent and understands these cars in and out. My BMW e53 x5 was making some weird engine noises, right away he suspected the guide rails for the timing chain. Sure enough upon opening the cover, the guide rails were destroyed. The parts were cheap and the labor was cheaper. This is a shop that doesn't rip you off, had I taken this to BMW it would have been easily 5 to 10x more the cost. He also did the timing chain on my Volkswagon and runs like a top 1ith 155k miles on it. Timing is PERFECT.

I thank you for your trasnparency that you provide your customers with as this is rare for a shop to do.

I have never met a more inclined mechanics, I had a short that was draining my batteries that Mercedes couldn't figure, after spending 750 at Mercedes and still no fix, I decided to try Universal, I received a call the following day informing me where the short was, upon arrival I saw the burnt wires that Mercedes couldn't figure out. At universal they had the wiring diagram printed out and were tracing the wires one by one until the culprit wire was found. I really never seen this kind of detailed work, I also changed the blower motor regulator all for fractions what Mercedes wanted and any othermechanic in this area wanted. I thank you Universal.

Overall
Very Cheap and Honest.....

Have been going there for about 2 years and always the better price. I quote the dealership, then I quote Universal and it's no less than $200 under. He pays for the part and pretty much adds just enough for gas to get home. He will charge you $200 for the part and $50 for labor, where others charge $200 for the part and $300 for labor. The last thing I went there for was a sensor in my car, the dealership wanted to charge me $500 and Ronnie only charged me $250. Meanwhile the part was $189. This is why he has so many customers. You need to see him for fast, cheap and good quality work, I do and will always as long as he is there.
