We specialize in custom residential and light commercial projects offering a wide array of services with a unique approach. Our services include planning, drafting and design, civil and structural engineering, permit processing, structural observation, construction administration, and much more. Our clients work with a single professional from the conceptual design phase, through design and documentation, and on through construction. This single-point-of-responsibility approach provides our clients with exceptional attention and comprehensive solutions without the loss of efficiency that comes with middle- and upper- management familiar with larger firms. With our staff consisting of one to three engineers and/or design professionals at any given time, our clients are able to benefit form a wealth of experience and creative solutions yet maintain the personal touch that only comes from an individual intimately involved with every aspect of your project. Our staff even remains available after hours providing late-night solutions that keep your contractor and project moving forward without delays.
