        Unexpectedly sold my home to a...

        Unexpectedly sold my home to a cash buyer and had to vacate more quickly than planned. I found Compass online and they had a first month free move in special which I could not pass up. On my initial call they advised they rented U Hauls so I reserved the biggest truck.

        I was pleasantly supprised when I arrived at the storage facility on my moving day. The building was new and modern and friendly manager quickly rented me their largest space AND honored the first month free promotion they promised when I called.

        I wanted to write a review because I had such a pleasant experience with Compass. They were really helpfull and made my move easier! Thank you Compass!!

        Rat infested!!!

        After renting a unit for a year we were surprised when we moved out. All of our items were covered in rat feces and urine. There was a 10 inch decomposing rat under our furniture as well as a 4-5 inch mouse that was living in our mattresses. All of our items, from a 4 bedroom house are ruined and management does not want to replace items or refund our rent that we have already paid. This company is not taking responsibility for actions that they could have prevented. I recommend that everyone stay away from Compass Self Storage.
