        Never a response

        I called several times and left messages and no one ever returned my call. Not very professional.

        I keep track of all incoming calls in a phone log. I mark each one to note that the call was returned. On the rare occasion that I was overwhelmed enough with calls that one was not returned at all, I put an X with a sad face next to that. I looked through my phone log for the entire month prior to 10/1/10 when this reviewer posted this, and there was not one call that was not returned in that period. Although this was more than a year ago at this point, I still would like to say that if this person really did call and somehow got missed, I do apologize.
