The prices are very fair on trading in your machine on a new or used machine. The new machines pricing is fair, and they have a nice variety of machines, that they will demonstrate for you.

They are excellent at repairing machine, and they repaired my viking vintage 6460 and 6440 which they can still get parts for. Just call and ask if the parts are available. They are now making aftermarket parts for these machines. They also repaired my brother digitizing machine. The machines all run well I traded in my 6440 on an trade in on my100000 janome, and they gave me $600.o0 on the trade in.

Judy is a excellent teacher not only on teaching you how to use the sewing machine you purchase, but she also teaches you how to use computer programs that work with your sewing machines.

Their repair was backed up when I took my sewing machine in so I had to wait for 2 l/2 weeks but the wait was well worth the results. I guess you have to realize if you have a good reputation on machine repair they are constantly getting in machine in volume amounts. When I took my 6460 in for repair ii was repaired and returned in just 3 days.

There is ample parking space behind the shop in a nice sized parking lot which is in a good area. They help you carry your sewing machine in, and also help you carry it out after repairs or classes which they have once in a while,
