        Could give a care

        I saw Dr. Junius at this practice and while he seemed to have a good bedside manner, his follow up sucks. The practice seems like it is run on a shoestring.. They don't return phone calls in anything that resembles a timely manner and they absolutely don't care about a patient's pain. I had an unusual circumstance regarding my prescription and they did nothing to help or accommodate me, they just left me in unGodly pain for a week. They made me feel like I was nothing more than a number to them and ignored my numerous requests to schedule further testing. If you have a choice go somewhere else... these people are horrible and should not be allowed to practice medicine.

        Dear previous patient, I am the clinical administrator, please accept our sincerest apologies for your unpleasant experience with the clinic. I feel that this is an isolated incident, and is definitely not our model of how to run the clinic. Our goal is to be compassionate and understand each patient's needs. You had an unfortunate experience and we have full confidence that if you were to return the experience would be monumentally different. The Physician and his staff involved in your incident is no longer affiliated with our practice. We have four other tenure physicicans who would be happy to evaluate any of your medical needs.
