Hillcrest Animal Hospital

The experience we had with Hillcrest Animal Hospital is pathetic. They have the nerve to call themselves an "animal hospital" - ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!? They can't even do their own blood panels over there. They treated our beloved little 3-year-old Welsh Terrier for one solid year and the last trip - a week ago Thursday - they managed to finish him off.....he's dead! Thanks to Hillcrest Animal Hospital. I am amazed they continue to exist. I would NEVER take any animal over there again. I would tell anyone I come in contact with to run from them - fast and far.

best team of doctors in the state!! I've been taking my dogs there for 5 years now and the professionalism and quality of care never ceases to amaze me!

The doctors at Hillcrest animal hospital are amazing. They took such great care of my babies. The people working there are very helpful and friendly and go above and beyond. I will be bringing my two cats here from now on.

The staff and Docters at Hillcrest know how to treat my pets like family. I have been going there for about 3 years and I have never been disapointed in my visits.

I bring my two dogs in for anything and the docters always know how to take care of my dogs. They are like family when it comes to my pets.

The doctors at Hillcrest took such good care of my dog! Dr. Butner took a lot of time to help me understand what was happening with my dog. He ended up needing surgery to have a hairball removed from his gut and Dr. Larry Nafe did a wonderful job! I have absolute confidence in them and wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else.

I took my dog there one time the dr. Was suppose to look at her spine and they were going to call me when i could go pick her up i called them they said she was 15in. Into surgery on her knee they never ask me about i nevet signed a content gorm nothing and charged me a unbelievable amount of money never againwill i go there

I've been going to Hillcrest Animal Hospital for over 25 years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. (I live in west Little Rock and still drive to Hillcrest…that's how good they are!) They have the best vets and Dr. Larry Nafe is one of the most talented surgeons in the world. And when it's time to make the difficult decisions, they are compassionate and patient, while providing the information you need to make those decisions.

We love Dr. Butner. We have been coming here for years with multiple pets and think the entire staff is excellent. They always quote us before any treatments AND they have a board certified doctor on staff. I would not take my pets anywhere else.

Every time I took my dog to this clinic, the bill was double and sometimes even triple what the cost should have been. Don't go here unless you want to spend a ton of money for services that you could get elsewhere.
