Daniel Tiernan our sale rep, tried his hardest to satisfy our requests. Our Cadillac SRX 2015 lease was nearing end of lease, and we wanted to lower our car payments, so we visited Coleman Buick the first time on 5/8/17 to look at the Buick Envision. It appeared that the Envision, with the options we were interested in was still a problem with price. We looked at the Buick Encore and the with the option we selected appeared to meet our needs, but still were hesitant and said that we would think about it.
A week later my wife received a call from Kristina McCoy, and she suggested that we return to see if they can do something better for us. Upon returning Daniel, with the assisted of Ed Korenz made us an offer that was acceptable to us and we drove out with a new Buick Encore. We've had the car since 5/22/17, about a week, and so far, there are no complaints. Although the vehicle is a bit smaller than the Cadillac, the ride is very comfortable and handles well on the road.
Thank you, Daniel, for going out of your way and giving us the choices to decide on, and allowing us to pick the right car. Ed, we thank you also for working with us.

Always prompt and willing to help. Never had an issue. If I did have a problem it was minor. They are very knowledgeable with my Cadillac and resolved ASAP.

My experience at Coleman Buick, Cadillac, GMC was excellent. The service that Joe Falotico, Service Advisor and Ryan (Body shop) provided us was second to none. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service and concern for customer satisfaction. If they are compensated on how well they serve the customer - they should both be rewarded with substantial increases. One thing I will be sure to point out is that they are this way with every customer. As I sat in the waiting room one of the days, I noticed their interaction with other customers and they were polite, professional, empathetic and caring. It's a pleasure to be in their Company and if and when I purchase another vehicle, I will most likely stay with a Buick in order to make sure I keep the same level of service.

Online service appointment is great. Made it real easy to make an appointment. My service adviser, Josh, was very professional and seemed nice. He was so nice it was almost borderline over-the-top nice. I think you just need to experience him directly to know what I mean. Don't get me wrong, I'd rather have that than the opposite. Second, online it stated their 125k mile service was $299. When I was at the shop, I told them I had a 25% off coupon and all of a sudden the same 125k mile service now cost $402. Anyway, I was given a loaner car which was great. I was called when my vehicle was ready and I went to pick it up. Someone else checked me out because Josh was busy and when I went to pay, the clerk wasn't the most pleasant person. This was someone who Josh could have rubbed off some of his "niceness" to. I paid for my service and while driving home, my car started to vibrate tremendously at over 70 mph. I did some research and found that this may be due to the wheels not being balanced. I took my car to my father-in-law's shop and low and behold my tires needed to be balanced and aligned. This upset me because my alignment and balance was fine when I drove my Cadillac into Coleman's that morning. The only part of the service that included Coleman to touch my wheels was to rotate the tires. When I got my car back, not only were my tires no longer balanced, but my alignment was also off. They really dropped the ball on this one.
