Fast Plumbing Service

On May 2, 2014 at 8:34 am, one of the vans for Fast Plumbing was eastbound on Sunset when a school bus was stopped with its STOP signs sticking out & flashing, the van drove right past & didn't stop when when legally, he was supposed to stop. That's good to know because the sink in our hallway bathroom is leaking, and Fast Plumbing can be crossed off our list of companies to do work with.

We are disappointed with the plumbers here in las vegas. We used fast plumbing this time because they were recommended by our management company . We originally called for a problem with a dryer and vent . Explained that situation to the answering clerk several times before we finally could agree on a appointment time . They came and told us that our problem is something they do not work on . So that was disappointing . We also had a leak under the sink which we then asked them to fix. It was $125 to fix that leak . They left and we noticed immediately a wet spot under the sink . It was stil lleaking . We had to put a bucket there again. After calling them , we were informed that we had to wait till 8 o clock that day to get it looked up again . They are not good and should not be referred by a management company . We are asking our money back for services not rendered.

Sam was sent to my home to replace my water heater on April 16. My 93-yr-old mother was home at the time to let him in. Mother is not easy to please and thinks the elderly are no longer treated with respect (like in her day). When I got home yesterday, she couldn't say enough nice things about Sam. She wants him nominated for Employee of the Year at FAST Plumbing. He was nice, polite...it went on and on. Thanks, Sam, and FAST Plumbing.

This plumber is great from start to finish! I've hired them twice to repair a slab leak in my house. I have a home warranty and am required to have their plumbers diagnose the problems. Unfortunately, the plumbers they send out are more like car salesmen. They start out with one price (in my case $2,500) and when you tell them it's too high they come back with another??? What's that all about??? Anyway, A Fast Plumber gave me a start and end price that was almost 50% cheaper in both of my cases and the job was done perfectly. This company is staffed with friendly and dedicated people and I will definitely use them for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

These guys are terrible. Real nice on the phone but when they get here. Well things changed. Price went up 400.00 for straps and a couple pieces of black pipe for the gas. The pipe was only 6.00 at Lowes and the straps were 15.00 and it didnt take brain surgery to install them Im sure. I called another company who installed it at the price I was quoted on the phone with the straps and piping. Stay away from these guys
