Dear Dr. John I just want too thank you for what you have done for Shadow,when he was alive & not doing that great. You went out of your way too
help him, But it was to late for him.When Simon was with me you treated him like he was yours. Even though he was a stray he had a home with me .. You talked me out of getting
sausage, biscuts& gravey . I think you knew I was planning on getting all three for family sticks together.. Threre sweet little puppy faces
were so sad looking I nearly was ready to sign those papers that day.And Gia at the shelter said I had too have a good Vet for them I told her that I did.And her reply was talk with your Vet, Then come back and let me know what he said.With me chocking on tears Your reply was
Don't take them with them being so ill the bills
would have been over your head. You and your staff knows how to take care of Shadiea You went over my head But you had a good answer for it Your Mom & I'm the Doctor.. You & your staff all answer my questions about my community cats if one is hurt or might be sick You tell me to watch it But Don't Touch It!! When Simon died you all took care of everything. I love you all so much for sometimes I need you when something wrong with one of the animals Thank You All For Being A Part Of My Family Sincerly Yours Lizz Payton

They are very kind and take their time and listen to what is going on with your animal.
Then they will call and check back in with you.
If you call and need to speak to the vet he will call you back.
Very important to me that they are very professional and kind to both animal and human. Number one in my book

We needed emergency care for our dog on a Saturday night and spent over an hour trying to find someone to treat her because our vet doesn't work after hours. Dr. Lyle agreed to meet us at the office and was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had to have her put to sleep and he showed a lot of compassion during what was a very difficult and stressful day. And we didn't have to take out a second mortgage to get her seen after normal hours. We are definitely switching to crest animal hospital

dr lyle and his staff are awesome-they have taken care of my families dog and cats for over 20 years!!! he has been thru the best and worst times with all of animals and when i was a kid also--highly recommended wouldnt trust anyone else with my pets!!!
