When gas and propane explosions occur they result in property damage, sever injury, or death. The property damage can bring on repair work costing thousands of dollars and the physical injuries can require multiple surgeries and in turn bring about costly medical bills. The people that are victims in these explosions often are subjected to years of recovery and therapy. These damages to property and injuries are the consequence of someone else's negligence and therefore the victim has a right to file a lawsuit to be reimbursed for their medical bills, physical therapy, pain and suffering, lost wages, and property damage. Often, the injuries decrease a victim's long-term earning capacity and their quality of life, this occurs to the victim at no fault of their own but instead due to company or individual's careless actions.
