        Overall

        Horrible customer service and over priced!!

        They gave me an appointment for my "free estimate" and no one shows or calls me. I call back only to be told " ok here is the deal, we are a very big company and we charge $1,500-$2,000 to remove my small tree" basically if I didn't agree to pay their inflated price; I wouldn't be privileged to get a " free estimate"

        Overall

        I found STS on the BBB website where they have an A+ rating. I requested a quote and Henry showed up a few hours later and gave me a very fair price to remove 3 trees. His crew was there the next morning, quickly removing all 3 trees and they did a great job of keeping things clean. I definitely recommend them.
