        lost a customer

        My family has used and recommended hansco for decades, but never again. We were charged nearly $100 more than we were quoted. They showed up 4 hours late without calling, missed appointments all together, called and if we didn't answer canceled scheduled appointments. Three generations of loyalty were destroyed by terrible service and lack of integrity in price quoting.
