The only place that had my special Sears Craftsman lawnmower spark plug in stock. Great people and great attitude. Wish the would have had two in stock, but luckily they had one.....

Well I was looking for a place to buy a large amount of small carburetor's, I called cy fair lawnmore inc , and spoke with the gentleman on the phone , and ask him if they had the double d , and pack man tool , used to adjust the high and low fuel settings on newer small engine carburetor s .. He advised me they have them in stock but he will not sell one to me , because I'm not properly trained to use this tool , and pretty much was a complete smart a$$,about the tool , this gentleman needs to take a few lessons on how to talk to people , and he kept telling me that I can't and won't get one ! , that I do not know how to adjust the carburetor properly , i found a tool that day , he was 100% wrong , they are available to anyone , it's not a fully automatic assault rifle were talking about , a carbeurtor adjustment tool !!!!!! Again pi$$ poor service ,, extremely rude , and not any help at all ,that gentleman was a a$$hole , and a terrible people person , don't use them for anything , I don't see how they keep the doors open , with customer service like that !! 100% terrible

Looked all over for a set of tires for my commercial mower. Every one else said they would have to order. Cyfair had in stock with a reasonable price. Good shop. Will go there first next time.
