THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT PROVIDES A PROFESSIONALLY PREPARED CPM PROJECT SCHEDULE AT START OF PROJECT WITH DATES AND DURATIONS FOR ALL CONSTRUCTION TASKS AND ACTIVITIES. THE PROJECT SCHEDULE IS THEN UPDATED TO REFLECT PROGRESS OF VARIOUS PROJECT TASKS. TO HAVE SUCH VISIBILITY OVER MY PROJECT NOT ONLY HELPED REDUCE STRESSES AND ANXIETIES OF A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT, IT ALSO HELPED US UNDERSTAND THE CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS AND QUALITY CONTROL.
