We used Brooks Electrical to install a flood light, electrical outlets in the basement, and a outdoor lighting kit in the front of our house. His price was competitive and we were very impressed with the quality of service and customer service. After installation, we needed a few outdoor lights adjusted and he came out the very next evening on his personal time to make sure we were completely satisfied with his work. We would recommend Brooks Electrical and will use them for any other electric work we might need in the future.

The guys from Brooks Electrical came out to the house to diagnose an electrical problem with our septic pump, and they found and repaired in just over half an hour. Really appreciate the professional and friendly service.

We had to rewire our entire basement in 2013 following a house flood and Rob and others did a fantastic job over a 2 day period! The job was done professionally and thoroughly and the guys even allowed us the flexibility to "adapt" the project with some changes and additions we decided to make to improve what we had had before. No pushy "upselling", just valid ideas and suggestions WHEN ASKED! They did such a great job, that when we decided recently to improve our exterior and interior lighting, these were the guys we wanted. We did get them to "bid" the project several weeks before and when we selected them, they worked completely around our schedules. Once they started, the crew worked steady and completed the work in a single day and in the end, the total cost was exactly what we expected (no pricing "funny business") and once again we were able to ask questions, tell them our preferences, get their professional opinions and feedback and wow, are we glad! They even discovered and repaired a couple of "jackleg" things too!! GREAT GUYS!! :-)

I've yet to meet any homeowner who's comfortable letting a new homecare professional into their home with no prior knowledge of their work or character. It's a crapshoot on both scores in my experience over the years.



I'm happy to report that those concerns can be set aside with Brooks Electric. They show on time, are courteous, competent and actually have nice personalities as opposed to the 'zombies' that sometimes come in to overcharge and underperform their myriad services. I'm also confident that Brooks Electric is honest in their dealings which I could go into some detail but suffice to say if you do call them for any kind of electrical work, you'll be glad you did.

My wife called this family owned company because of a burning smell coming from our electrical panel. Joel and Rob came out within a few hours to investigate the smell. It turns our AC breaker was melting the inside of our breaker box! They replaced the panel and inspected the rest of the home before I could even get home from work. They made my wife feel comfortable and safe during this scary situation. We now have electricians for life!

We called this company to investigate and repair electrical problems with our panel box. Rob made time to fit us in that day and was prompt and professional. He thoroughly checked everything and found/repaired our shorted outlet and bad breaker. Will definitely be calling them in the future!
