Loved the cleaning Sparkle Clean did for my home and have referred to several family members and friends. The owner is very professional, kind and patient with all my questions and needs. The staff was prompt and professional. I give them a 5* easily. Cant wait every other week for my cleaning!

Don't use this service. Owner Ann Jackson is rude and agrumentive with her customers. She tells you she is sending out someone who doesn't smoke and explodes verbally when you point out the individuals smell of smoke (this has happened more than once). When asked not to have services/arrange for another day other than observed Federal holidays, she argues about what days are observed holidays. If you call her while she is waiting to pay her employees, she tells you to be quick and is nasty with you if you tell her it would be better if you called back when she has time to talk. Cancellations in less than 24 hrs happen on her part because she says she forgot or someone is sick and there is no one else to send. Although she says you can pay extra to have the cleaner use their supplies and vacuum, she suggests you may be left with bugs/roaches/eggs from their vacuums. Their are many great services out there..Don't waste your time on this one.

i have used sparkle clean many times over the years. i like that their housecleaners stay for a long time. that tells me the owner cares about her employees. i use the same cleaner now for 10 years. her name is sharllie. i hope they stay in business another 30 years

I was so happy with Sparkle Clean that I referred 2 of my friends and they are very happy also. I tried other companies and they were the best. The owner explained how they do their business and I found the owner and the cleaners to be of high caliber. The cleaners me and my friends use have all been with Sparkle Clean for over 5 years. We all like that we don't have to keep changing house cleaners. I can't say enough good stuff about the company.
