I hired them to treat my house for termites which were active. I could see the damage in the sheet rock continuing after they treated the house I called them and the owner Benny was arrogant and told me to PROVE I have termites, telling me I wasn't going to strong arm him. Their warranty is useless. I didn't want to go through the litigation so I hired another company who killed the termites for much cheaper. Be Careful.

Ants
I am writing to tell you about an issue we had this past spring. Starting around Easter we had these little black tiny things crawling on my kitchen counter. I sprayed and wiped and cleaned and did everything I could to get rid of them. Finally I called Carlos Ramos because they just kept coming back. He discovered that they were actually ants. He put out bait and treated inside and outside of the kitchen window that was right above this area. Over the course of the next couple of months they kept coming back. I called Carlos out three or four times. Sometimes I would go in the kitchen and they were in the sink, then the next time we would come home and they were walking up and down the wall by the window. He would even come out after he finished his jobs for the day. Finally he got up on our roof and found the line crawling along a parapet from the back of the house to above the kitchen window. He put down more bait and instructed me as to what to do and not to do. That was finally the end to these ants and by then we were calling him Doctor Carlos!
Spiders
Except for poisonous spiders, such as the black widow and the brown recluse, spiders are not harmful to humans.
Termites
Watson treated my house for termites a little over a year ago. They came back for a free inspection a year after the treatment. Their quote was very reasonable. The job was done by George Carter and an assistant. George worked quickly and efficiently and finished the job in a day. He drilled holes and injected termicide all around my house and shed. He also treated my bathrooms that also showed signs of termites. As a bonus he also sprayed ant hills and wasp infestations. I have not seen any sign of any of these pests in the year and a half since the treatment. It was a pleasure to work with George and I heartily recommend his service.
Bed Bugs
Bed bugs are one of the great travelers of the world and are readily transported via luggage, clothing, bedding, and furniture. Bed bugs have largely been thought of as being a problem of the past. The truth, however, is that bed bugs are making a strong comeback. One of the major reasons for such a strong reappearance is because of international travel. Bed bugs go into clothes and luggage and then are brought home. You could have picked them up from your hotel room or a traveling guest.
Cockroaches
Cockroaches spread human diseases by depositing disease organisms on food and utensils. The American cockroach, which comes into contact with human excrement in sewers or with pet droppings, may transmit bacteria that cause Salmonella and Shigella. German cockroaches are believed to be capable of transmitting disease-causing organisms such as Staphylococcus, hepatitis, and coliform bacteria. They also have been implicated in the spread of typhoid and dysentery.

The different species of bed bugs have different feeding preferences. Some prefer human blood while others prefer bats and birds. Bed bugs primarily reside in their target's nests or nesting areas. This means your bed! While many bed bugs hide in mattresses, some may also hide in a sofa or chair, or behind wallpaper or pictures. Thoroughness is the only real way to get rid of bed bugs. The eggs of the bed bugs are not visible to the naked eye and are clear in color. Every corner and crevice needs to be searched. As you might guess, this means that simply getting rid of an infected mattress will not totally solve the problem.
