        Reliable Honest and Fair to Ladies



        I just want you all to know that I had a great experience with Tony at Gearheads today. Although, it is never fun to spend money on car repairs, Tony made me feel at ease about the situation. By that, I mean, it felt like he was telling was actually true. I felt he was being honest during the whole experience.



        I called Gearheads yesterday , got Tony on the phone from the start, which is nice, to deal with just one person opposed to a bunch of different jarheads at a dealership service center. Anyway, Tony seemed to know the correct procedures and solutions right off the bat. It was pretty cool. I explained what the dealership had told me was the problem, and he commented on his opinions. As it turns, out he was right, and the overall cost of the service was 40% lower than what the 'big boys' wanted at the Jeep dealership. These guys do a great job - check em out!

        I had a great experiance. They walked me through everything step by step, kept me updated and gave honest opinions and fair pricing. Detail oriented with everything down to the smallest detail and willing to go the extra mile they exemplified great customer service and professionalism.
