We recommend your child have his/her first orthodontic screening by age 7. This allows Dr. Couch to monitor the growth and development of your child's teeth and facial bone structure and ensure we start necessary treatment at the optimum time. He specializes in the latest techniques for early orthodontic treatment. Advanced Technology Braces Taking into consideration that each of our patients are unique, we offer a full range of the most advanced bracket types to ensure we meet your individual needs and preferences. From metal and clear self-ligating braces (American Empower and Damon) to Invisalign clear aligners, we are confident you will be more than satisfied with our selection of braces. Dr. Couch now offers Acceledent aura that has exclusive SoftPulse Technology and is clinically proven to move teeth up to 50% faster. We also utilize the Propel Device which speeds tooth movement on the cellular level. When teeth are slow to come in or become impacted under the gum, Dr. Couch uses a soft tissue laser to uncover them. This helps take months off of the treatment time. 3D DIGITAL X-RAY TECHNOLOGY Dr. Couch believes that properly diagnosing each patient is key in predicting the best outcome for them, and we take pride in doing so in the safest manner. We utilize the very latest in digital x-ray technology with our new 3D imaging Planmeca Promax S3 that helps plan treatment for the complicated cases of impacted teeth, ectopically erupting teeth, supernumerary teeth and possible dental pathology. There is something to be said about a private practice that specializes in Orthodontics by itself and not as a "side business". My son Is a patient of Couch Orthodontics and his teeth look AMAZING! I cant thank the staff and Dr.Couch enough for the their expertise.
