        I got a bad virus on my PC and...

        I got a bad virus on my PC and needed help, so I contacted this company, and I'm glad I did. I received excellent service and my computer is virus free and operating properly. I really liked the "mobile" aspect of this service. The owner John came to my house which was extremely convenient. He took my computer with him, worked his magic and returned it to my house within 48 hours. He installed better virus protection amongst other things. He's definitely a straight-up business man that’s not out to gouge you. I would without a doubt recommend this company to others.

        Prompt and Efficient!

        My computer was lagging more and more and I was getting more pop-ups, and then one day I lost a ton of important data. This was the first time I ever needed to call a computer repair service, and I'm glad I chose Customer Computer Solutions. John came to my home in Westfield, diagnosed the issues and was able to retrieve my data. Super convenient service! My computer is running great now. I have had to call him a couple times since and he has been great. He's a great ally to have on your side and his pricing is more than fair. I highly recommend calling John for computer repair services. He is a nice guy and highly competent.

        I use Dr. John Nichols for both my home computer issues as well as my business network support. He is reliable and ans consistent.
