Bob did an excellent job. Highly recommended! Was able to begin work the next day after he gave me the estimate. Completed all the work in a timely fashion.

Excel plumbing arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes after my call was answered. Bob removed and replaced my disposal in less than an hour. Excellent job and great price too.

Called to see if they could help me with a water line issue. Bob was jammed, but walked me through a DIY solution that didn't make him a dime. Including multiple text messages, looking at photos of my situation, and asking follow-up questions to make sure I did it right. (I hadn't, thanks to a know-nothing at a big box store who sold me what turned out to be incompatible parts.) Bob caught the problem, I bought the right parts, and all is well. Bob didn't make any money on this deal today. At least not yet. He has me as a customer, for sure.

Called Excel to replace a disposal. Bob arrived in an hour and 15 minutes. Removed the old and installed the new disposal in less than an hour. Excellent job, he will be my go to plumber from now on. Cost was very reasonable.

Based on the other reviews, I called Excel Plumbing for a water heater repair. Bob arrived within a couple of hours. He was very familiar with the quirks of my particular unit and in less than 45 minutes, I had a working water heater for the $95 he had quoted me when I called. (I was told by another plumber that the heater needed to be replaced.) Bob is fast, fair, and knows what he is doing. I will definitely be calling him for any future plumbing needs.

IMPRESSIVE!!! Called Bob at 8:30 and he installed a new water heater, fixed a bathtub faucet and did some extras you'd never expect from your plumber by 10:30. Nothing else to say but WOW!!! OUTSTANDING SERVICES PROVIDED!!!

Fast Response and Exceptional service. I called to set up an appointment to have them look at an issue with low flow in a shower. Bob was over in about 1.5hrs after wrapping up the job he was on and quickly resolved the issue. He also took care of a couple other nagging issues I had with the kitchen faucet. One of my outside water faucets stopped working last summer. A plumber came out and "fixed" the problem, but this summer, when I went to turn it on, it had stopped working again. I went to the Yellow Pages to find a plumber and chose Excel Plumbing because of the great ratings! Bob came to my house soon after I called, looked at the faucet and explained what the problem was and replaced it the same day. The service was excellent and the price wasn't outrageous. I will never use another plumber again and I will recommend Bob/Excel Plumbing to all of my friends and family.

I had a gas water heater gone bad and he though he was a week out with commercial jobs, he got my water heater replaced the next day. They had glitches and problems with my old system and fixed it at no extra cost to me and at expense of time on their part. I appreciated his professionalism and honesty, their commitment to get the job done right, and his absence of a sales pitch when I needed information. They have a new customer based on their responsiveness, honesty, and effort. His prices are competitive and better. Excel Plumbing is fantastic! Bob is as nice as they come. Excel took care of redoing all of the plumbing in our house when we did a big remodel. Coordination had to be done with the other contractors for timing and Bob made sure everything was done when it needed to be done. He takes the time to thoroughly answer any questions. Very knowledgeable about plumbing and more. We will definitely be using Excel Plumbing for future projects and would highly recommend them for any project.
