terrible customer service. Dr. Woo is only trying to make money off of his clients. Was in terrible pain needed a double root canal and he wouldn't prescribe me anything until i scheduled the appointment with them. I recommend any other dentist besides Dr. Woo.

Patient from 2012-2016. Walked in for my appointment, waited 25 minutes to be seen by the x-ray tech. Tech told me the doctor was busy since they were short an assistant and possibly couldn't perform my procedure I assumed I had made an appointment for 2 days prior. Waited 30 minutes for the doctor to come "examine" me for literally only 20 SECONDS for him to try to schedule me an appointment at a later date to fix the HOLE in my tooth! Prior to my "exam", the guy next to me had to beg to be seen today to remove a tooth that the doctor confirmed had an abscess. He was waiting before me and was told to sit back in the waiting area and they'll "try" to work him in by noon!!! It was barely 9am! But he agreed because of his pain and not being able to get off work again. That's my point, I took time off work to waste my time at this office. You knew what I needed, if you were unable to do it that day, notify me ahead of time, let me find other options or reschedule an appointment by phone. But DO NOT waste 1 hour of my morning with procedural b.s. that could've waiting until the day of my procedure (filling) just to have me come in to fulfill what ever quota you're trying to fill for the day. After 1 hour of nothing they tried to reschedule me for an appointment 2 weeks later, I "politely" offered to find other dental care and walked out. Don't waste me time!

Lied about a lot of things, guarantee was for 90 days only, who knows in 90 days. expensive and insurance we paid for didn't cover anything like they said. I don't recommend them for anything.

Horrible experience. Staff is rude, rushed and lied several times. Don't waste your time or money...

This place is a fraud and scam center under the guise of a dental office DON'T TRUST A WORD THEY SAY

Watch out for this place. Tell you one estimate then they change it on you later. Not up-front about costs. Unprofessional staff. Long wait times, ect.

Dentist VERY unprofessional. I was constantly being told....your gums just need to toughen up... no matter what the problem was, before she even looked in my mouth! When I tried to ask questions she told me she didn't like my tone of voice and walked out. (PS my tone of voice was fine) DON'T GO HERE! They also overcharged and added "hidden" charges. NO STARS

Expect to wait far beyond your scheduled appointment, the the staff to be unprofessional, and for them to nickel & dime you along the way! Find another dentist!
