Horrible bedside manner from Schieve. Just the thought of visiting a dentist is bad enough, let's not add poor attitude and carelessness on top of it.

Went into the Bloomingdale office for an extraction of a molar. Dr. Scheive performed the procedure with a local per my request. Everyone I talked to was so nice and super friendly, that was the receptionist, nurse and the doctor. I was surprised at how fast it went without any complications what-so-ever. I was given all information needed and was told I could call anytime if I experience any problems or if I had any questions. So all in all, I had a good experience considering I had a tooth removed. I would recommend Dr. Scheive anytime.

I brought my daughter here to get her wisdom teeth removed. I was quoted how much it would cost and I paid upfront. After the surgery, I get a bill for $600 more!! They said that what they quoted me was an estimate and now I owe this or they are sending me to collections!! What a ripoff!! Paid way more than any other surgeon in the area.

I was so scared going in to get my wisdom teeth removed that I almost backed out last second but Dr Scheive and Boyer answered all my questions and I got all four teeth removed and I am sooo happy I did! After the surgery I healed quickly with no complications or infections. Plus the cost was minimal! Best decision I ever made...!

I saw Dr Scheive for my surgery and he was amazing!!!!!!! He answered all of my questions and was so nice to me. I was super nervous but he, and everyone else, made me feel so much better. I definetly would tell everyone to see these Doctors!!!

I needed my wisdom teeth out. My general dentist refered me to dr scheive. I met with the doctor and staff. all my questions were answered and the surgery went without a problem. my post op was a little tough I think I took 4-5 pain pills and then only advil as needed. I am glad dr scheive took my teeth out .

I had no problems with the doc. He was very fast and i did not feel any discomfort. I would go back for additional workanytime

this doc is. ajerk.pulled a infected tooth and said my sister would be dead in 48 hours if he didnt pull it. also didnt give a antibiotic or pain pill. sh called to day in pain he told her to call back tomorrow . her jaw is swoolen and still bleeding. stay away from theis jerk if you like living.

I visited the dentist office today for a tooth extraction. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and patient. My problem is with Dr. Schieve. He seem to be in such of a hurry to complete the procedure I really didn't feel comfortable in his office. He injected me twice in my gums. I can feel the numbness but was still not comfortable with this procedure. When he began pulling and pulling on the tooth with his instrument, I felt every inch of pain running through my body. I held on tight to the chair until it was over. It lasted for about 3 minutes, the longest 3 minutes of my life. Once the tooth was pulled he made a comment, "You would think I was taking your eye out". I will NEVER visited that office again! He was not a pleasant doctor at all. If you need a tooth extraction, please do not visit this office. It was a nightmare!

I can't believe office accepts patients as an "in network" referal and then uses unapproved procedures, EMBEZZLING FEES, without notice that would now cost more than "out of network" services and if a patient feels the right to dispute fees, as Incompetently as this office can (sending you home and work phone numbers on the envelopes with mailings), the dentist will just hang up on you and dismiss you as difficult, instead of justifying their services and fees all the while knowing they are just putting you off long enough to send you to their collections agency, not caring if they unjustly ruin your credit or theaten your personal security. I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE.
