Always fantastic! Our 2-year-old Charlie runs right inside happy to see everyone and he's still happy when we pick him up. We are so thankful to have found a place that is so dog friendly.

Love My Spoiled Pet! I can't imagine leaving my dogs anywhere else when I travel. I have always been thoroughly please. My dogs are excited to see the staff and know right where "their" suite is. Everyone there goes out of their way to be attentive and they truly care! Wonderful to have a place like this to leave my babies and not have to worry about them AT ALL while I'm gone!

Donna and her team took great care of my two parrots while I was away. She is great with pets, and I highly recommend using her service!!

I love the grooming staff here because they don't treat your dogs just another customer. They treat them as if they are their own pets! Amazing.

Finally, a quality resort and spa comes to Birmingham. The staff is most helpful, my dogs are excited everytime we walk through the door, and the grooming is excellent. Thank you Pink Paw for providing my pets a safe haven while I am away.

I love this place! my dog does as well. Pink paw has a clean facility, a friendly staff, and a down to earth feeling. I have no bad feelings when i board my Jack Russel BISQUIT.I recomend this place to any dog lover!

This is Mr. Pink Paw and I rarely respond to slander but this is ridiculous. Doglover and her son became irate because we had not fed their pets their evening meal since they were to be picked up that day. Not only was it their food that was returned, we also returned one of her two beds (the other is still here) and yes we still have the two nilla bones with their names on it. We have a pile of stuff that has been left behind like toys, bones, beds, blankets. Things often get mixed up when we clean , and toys do fall into other runs, and low and behold other pets play with them. Ms Doglover also failed to mention that she is too cheap to board her very medically challenged pets in a private villa, and instead puts them in a standard villa. This is fine for most pets, but for a geriatric pet, and a doberman that requires insulin shots twice a day (which we did as a courtesy over a two year period) these older pets require room, and special handling. Not once in the over 10 times she has boarded her pets here has she fell off her rocker, but this time she decided to blow her top since she wanted all of her stuff immediately and demanded to be waited on in front of over 5 other guests like a spoiled child. It was this likely type of behavoir that caused her to be "fired/asked to leave' from a pet rescue operation. We treat all of guests with the utmost care, and yes when we went out of our way (like we did every visit for Dobie and Niles) we get slandered for not producing a bed and two nilla bones quick enough. It is criminal for anyone to be able to post trash on the internet about any business or person, and Thank God we have thousands of customers who know us well, and know how we treat our guests. By the way the two of them (her son) came to our business ready to fight (physical) the next day, and instead of stooping to their childish level, I wrote them a check for $50 to cover the beds and bones, and sent them on their way to pick a fight elsewhere. No good deed ever goes unpunished, and once again when you extend an extra hand to abusive person, you will most likely get your hand bitten the first time you say enough is enough. The only ones suffering here are two older pets that will now sit in a crate the next time they board, because their owner decided to go postal over two nilla bones and a bed. Think about that, because its sad when people like Doglover make us wonder why we pour own hearts and soul into caring for our customers pets/children, only to be slandered by a mentally unstable owner that in my opinion shouldnt be allowed to own a pet.
