one of the kindest, compassionate, and most professional pharmacists I have ever encountered. I have lived with thyroid cancer, and heart disease for several years now. She and her staff ALWAYS go above and beyond the call of duty necessary to ensure i get whatever medications she can get for me to ensure my continued abiiity to live. I was on Medi-Cal, and now have HealthNet as insurers. I am on a very limited income, and she treats me with the same dignity as she does all her customers. my caretaker once accidentally froze my diabetic medication he picked up for me on a friday night. she made a special trip to my house on a saturday, one of her only 2 days off, to deliver a replacement for me. truly a credit to her profession. i am on
This small pharmacy is one of the only pharmacies in town that does compounding. They also have a wonderful staff, with caring pharmacists and assistants that learn your name and make the extra effort necessary when you are very ill, or have forgotten to order on time. They also provide delivery options. They are also great at patient advocacy with the insurance company or the doctor when an authorizations has been ignored or lost. I can't speak highly enough of this pleasant, wonderful pharmacy! Charlotte, Sacramento
Yesterday (5/30/11) I had the most pleasant shopping experience that I can recall. I am a technologically-challenged 71 year old who wanted to order a Photo Mug. A young gentleman named Zammael assisted me every step of the way and did not make me feel like an idiot in the process! He is a treasure, and Walgreen's needs to do whatever it takes to keep this treasure of an employee. I hope that the manager of the 250 Florin Road, Sacto. 95831 store receives this e-mail and commends Zammael! THANK YOU!
