Best authentic Mexican restaurant ever!!!! Celia's = trash La Hacienda = biggest trash Don't let this restaurant go out of business, stop by and give it a chance. I had the tortilla soup and it was BOMB!!!! Not like that piece of trash tortilla soup at Burgers & Beer (spiced liquid poured over one sliver of chicken and a bunch of fried tortilla strips. My sister had the flour tortilla flautas and they were soooooo good, like home made but betterrrrr because we didn't have to cook it ourselves. For those of you who know anything about Mexican food, they have tortitas de papa, chile rellenos, enchiladas bandera (red, white and green!!!) Oh man, there are just too many to choose from and it is all so delicious and hearty! You won't be disappointed. $10 for two of us. They have GREAT $5.99 lunch specials!!!!
I have seen the place several times when I crossed Adams and Imperial and I told my wife that it looked nice in the outside. Then we agreed to go and visit it our next dine out and we did. It was a very pleasant restaurant. We liked the theme on horses very much, even the decor on the table was accordingly! We found it very clean and organized, and the service was prompt and attentive. Obviously, we enjoyed the food very much, wich it was served in the expected time, the right amount and a price within our budget. Definetively, we are going to keep visiting that place regularly. We greatly recommend it.
