This is a review on the behavior of a specific employee; food-wise, I think Chipotle is decent. However, their customer service is severely lacking. When my car was hit by another driver in the parking lot, and I had to run into the restaurant to inform him as he was hard of hearing, while the man and I were trading insurances, a chipotle employee who had not been present at the event ran up, yelling at me. After trying to assert that the accident had been my fault (a policeman arrived, and confirmed that I was not at fault , at all, and that the other driver had been) , he then yelled out "Why don't you meet me back here later, bro?" His aggressive shouting seemed to indicate he was strongly implying a physical threat. A few seconds later, he returned, interrupting me, yelling at me, calling me names, and trying to pressure me into leaving without getting the incident taken care of.
