On 9/2/12, I went to the store to get a battery replacement. I did not have a receipt but I was able to retrieve from home the transaction for purchase of a battery a year earlier. Although by some mistake the warranty information for the battery was not in the Autozone database, the manager if the store in duty (I believe his name if Lloyd) was flexible enough to replace the battery by one of the same kind without a copy of the purchase receipt which is the sole method that they would normally accept to honor the warranty. Although, I was on my own right entitled to the warranty, I must commend this manager for being reasonable and flexible enough with this customer. Congratulations for being service oriented. I recommend this place.

MY CAR BROKE DOWN AT THE POST OFFICE. THE GUY THAT WORKS UP FRONT STOP WHAT HE WAS DOING AND HELP ME. EVEN THOUGH HE COUDN'T GET IT STARTED. THEY TOOK ME HOME AND PICK UP AND HAD MY CAR THAT AFTERNOON. PRICES WERE OK BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SUPER. I WILL BE FOR SURE. THANKS CEDAR PARK CHOICE!!!
I Dropped my car off for a Brake Check. Within One Hour They called with an Estimate for a Complete 4 Wheel Brake Job AND Had it Completed by NOON and the price was very fair-FANTASTIC Thanks Guys!!!
