I was in the market for a used car. I had looked everywhere!!! My wife actually found a vehicle @ this dealership as I was very tired of looking. I had been looking to replace by 2005 Saturn Vue due to it being totaled in an accident. I actually emailed to inquire about a 2005 Chevy Equinox that was very nicely priced and looked great. I received an email back from Moe within minutes. I also received a call back from Paul and another email back from Mark. I was impressed. I was able to print out the car fax and let Paul know I would be in Saturday morning to check out the car. My father in law and I arrived around 9:30 and were greeted promptly by Moe. Paul was pulling the car right around. I had forgotten my wallet so my wife sent a text to Paul of my DL and insurance card. We then took the car to Firestone to have it checked out...a few minor problems...just regular maintenance issues that I can take care of. We talked about price and settled on a fair price and we were gone. Paul and the staff are even provided me with a brand new battery as the one in the car was kind of week. Great car though!!! I advised I would be back on Monday as they requested to get the new battery installed. Great Staff!!! I did not tell them but my father in law is looking to come back to get one of the Hyundai Sonatas that are in their warehouse...another plus as all of their cars are kept inside. You never know....I may be back for another one too....thanks so much Moe, Paul, and Mark for the great service and professionalism!!!! Keep up the great work!!!! A very satisfied customer...Kyle
Both my experience in January purchasing my Odyssey and our experience purchasing my husband's Civic SI were very pleasant ones. Adam Rutledge was extremely helpful and accommodating when I got my van and so I wanted to return to your dealership when my husband needed a new car and have Adam assist us once again. We were very pleased with the whole test drive and purchasing procedure. Adam was outstanding and everyone else was very efficient getting us thru the paperwork. I have so far also had a very good experience with your service department. Thus I travel down to you for service all the way from Richardson even though there is a dealership 2 miles from my house. A funny anecdote to my husband picking up his new car: our 11 yr old grandson was in town and went with him. Henry took one look at it and said "Pop, you're too old to be driving this car but I want it when I get my driver's license. When he told his Dad about the car that evening he was told he would get his Dad's old car and HE wanted the Civic. I had hands free device for my cell phone installed in the van…Danny was very helpful as was Kevin, even coming to my house to help with a problem I was having with it. Unfortunately, I'm still having problems but I am on vacation for 6 wks and both Danny and Kevin have called and said they will resolve the issue when I return the end of September.
My son and I attended the Winter 2005 boat show. We went to learn about PWCs and what model might best fit our needs. Although we had ridden several rented and friends' models, we wanted to make a wise purchase for our needs. We visited several vendors at the show that had the model we decided on and purchased it from Cory at Motion CycleSports. The other vendors either didn't know what they were talking about or sat their lazy butts in their chairs moaning about how long the boat show day was. Then we can across a class act: Cory. He answered all our questions and, trust me, we had a lot. We really had to decide between several manufacturers' pros and cons (styling, etc.) and we decided to go with a leader: Sea-Doo. Now we needed to decide on the model and Cory continued to provide unbiased answers that best fit our interests. We were not even worried about the price because Motion/Cory had no hidden agenda. Cory, with the backing of a great "working owner" Steve, was committed to getting us the best product at the best price. With no pressure to buy now from Cory and all the help he provided, I had to tell him thanks and let all the information soak in. It's certainly not a small purchase for me. Plus, I'm a guy that wants to sleep on things.
