My family and I ate at Via's for the first time a couple of weeks ago and absolutely fell in love with it. Our waitress was very personable, and worked with us so that we got exactly what was best for our family. For it being her first night back in a while, she sure picked it up again well (she was a tall blonde). The atmosphere was great as well, not too loud, but lots of laughing and having fun. There was a small kids play corner in the back of the dining room to keep kids occupied, and for the avid sports fans like me, three flat screen television on mute so I could watch my game. I can't wait to go to Via's again!
My husband and I had a fabulous time at this one of a kind pizza joint. The kid's corner that was mentioned in another post is not located right inside the door but rather in the far corner. Little youngster's are allowed to read books and play with a few toys while their parents wait on their pizza. The night we were in that wait was not long at all! Maybe about 20 minutes for the best pizza I have ever had in my life. If you don't mind waiting a little longer (30-45 minutes) the traditional Chicago Deep Dish is out of site. I would recommend this place to anyone that has any taste at all or seeking it. Lauren
Love this pizza. Great idea as you get an individual pizza with whatever you want on it, all one price. Good salads too. Nothing fancy but is quick and reasonably priced. Choices of several different crusts, sauces, cheeses and like 30 different toppings. I really like the chicken carbonara but I add things to it. Whole grain crust is good. Everyone has their own tastes in pizza but this one is good.
