Never in my 62 years of living have I ever tasted such wonderful BBQ. I traveled to Memphis, Texas, and even Kansas City. This BBQ is one of a kind. The Baby Back Ribs have a copious but unique flavor that you can have by slowly cooking the meat for many hours at a time with real smoke. Try the SHRIMP. This is not a place for seafood, however, the shrimp are the size of three ring fingers and the breading is flaky, fresh, and irresistible. If you are in Missouri and have not tried this, you are depriving yourself from the Best BBQ in Saint Louis.
My husband & I have visited the Rib Shack on many occasions. We travel from Brooklyn & Belleville, Illinois and it is worth the trip because we have tried a variety of their items and are never dissatisfied with the taste,quality or price, we have highly recommended the Rib Shack to family,friends & co-workers. We are looking forward to returning again for good food and hospitality. 2 Thumbs Up !!!!!!!!!!
It's actually barbecue. It's not boiled meat. We had ribs and chicken, green beans, spaghetti and fried okra. The food was good. There was a lot of meat on the rib bones. The chicken was juicy and good. The interior is clean and well-kept. The staff friendly and accomodating. We took our food to go but would feel comfortable dining in. We will definitely be returned visitors.
