I would usually rate my luck with computer repair people right down there with trying to get service with my cable television company or my phone company. Call for an appointment and be put 4 days out for service and then have to wait home for someone to show up between a 4-5 hour window. They always show up more towards the 5th hour. I am happy to say that was not the case when I tried this computer company. They actually assisted me right away by sharing my screen with what they called remote support and when it was determined that they needed to make a house call we agreed on a time and they showed up exactly at that time. What was more exciting is that the repair was done in the same visit. I've found my perminent computer repair people. They even called the day after the repair to make sure I was happy and everything was still working to my satisfaction. Completely Satisfied.

Four years ago, I had a chance to meet Ben and his company called The Computer Shoppe. It was the best thing I did since I was looking for a new custom built computer. I told Ben what I wanted and he came through with everything I asked for. I now have the fastest most powerfull notebook anyone can have. Anytime I needed his service he was there to fix my PC. His service has been exceptional with quick responce time and very little down time. Ben is very concerned about is customers and it shows with personal phone calls and in home servicing of your PC. I called The Computer Shoppe in a total crisis. My computer just went black. When I tried to bring it up everything was gone. I received excellent service. The Computer Shop restored it to normal in a couple of days. A year later, due to my own stupidity, I lost my archival email. I had vital information that I needed to retrieve. They went to great lengths to access my historical data from a source I didn't fully understand. We laughingly called it their " Command Module."
