I cannot speak of the food because the power went out at the resturant before we were seated, but the service seemed to be great. They offerd to still serve us, but our food would have to be cooked in the kitchen and brought out to us. They were very nice, but my wife and I decided to try another Japanese Resturant. WHAT A BIG MISTAKE!!!! From the time we walked in until we left Fujiyama, Steak House Of Japan we wished that we would of stayed at Kabuto. So, for exceptional hospitality during an unexplained power outage I award them 5 stars for having a "would-be customer" leave happy without even eating.

Went a little after the official lunch hour. I know they are probably known for fish, but they serve the best turkey burger I ever had. The fries were frest and hot. The side salad which probably could be a meal alone, was excellent. Going back again as soon as I can!
Go check this place out and you'll fall in love with it as I did. Don't think of it as that sushi place that's in the old Ponderosa... It's beautiful in side and there is a great variety of Japanese food. I hear they should be getting their wine and beer permit soon.
