If you have not visited Knead Dough Pizzeria you should. The food is excellent, the evironment is clean, friendly upbeat, and there is entertainment for everyone. They have a Wii gaming area for the kids, they have an open kitchen where you can be entertained by the flying dough as they spin the dough high in the air for each pizza made. Finally a pizza that actually has the right amount of toppings when you order it and you don't have to spend that extra 2.25 or 2.50 because they scimp on the cheese, veggies and/or meat. From what I could tell almost everything is homemade, fresh and made daily. Check it out! Teh only draw back is that it is hard to see the dough flying when the kids are up on chairs by the open kitchen watching the show.
The pizza is pretty darn good, but the calzones... The calzones are an emotional journey that will leave you devastated; heartbroken; and licking garlic butter off your fingers while you cry to the heavens because you finally found your true love and had her warm and melting right in your hands and you didn't love her, you ate her. the whole thing in one sitting like some kind of monster.
Not bad and trying to make pizza's like true, deep dish pizza. They don't quite have it yet but they are getting there. A little too heavy and short on tomato sauce. I'll give it a try again sometime.
