My experience working with the staff at Auto Sensation specifically Daniel and Matt has been such a positive one. They were able to help me out of a hard situation a few months ago when I suddenly was without a car. Within two days I was on the road again. They listened to my needs and filled them perfectly. Unfortunately I overheated the engine causing serious damage to the car. I took it back to the dealership and they jumped right on resolving the problem. They have worked diligently to repair the engine to as low a cost to me as possible. Having care and concern for their customers and striving to do the best they can always makes them such a positive part of the community. I have told everyone about them and will definetly purchase another car from them in the future. Do yourself a favor and if you are in the need of a vehicle go see these wonderful people. Hello, My name is David and I purchased a 2003 BMW From Karim, at Global Auto, April of this year 2013. I was shopping the market for this car for a few months and had the worst luck and worst experience with other dealerships trying to convince me to get into there car but clearly not the condition or even there best price was unreasonable. Came to Global Auto and Karim was the most professional and BEST costumer service I have had. From the moment we arrived till we left Karim made sure I was happy and had me fully informed about the whole process. Even went out of his way to get me the best loan. I have had my car now and i have yet to come up with some issues or problems. I AM SO HAPPY WITH MY CAR AND WILL BUY MY NEXT CAR FROM KARIM!!! People don't write great reviews because they expect a great experience. Anyone that writes amazing reviews typically works for the place. With that being said, a lot of good businesses get negative attention from people like the crybaby below and his sweet scooter. My experience has been as I expected, okay. If you want dealership quality, go to a dealership and pay $30 more an hour on labor and absurd markup on parts. I take my ZX10R here regularly as I'm happy with the prices and satisfied with the work. They don't have a lot as far as stock goes, so you'll likely have to order parts, but like I said - low if any mark up. Plus most parts ship nearby so they show up next business day. I appreciate that when I got my last oil change they let me know what was in need of future attention without trying to turn it into a sales pitch like every visit to Kawasaki I've had.
