The service was outstanding. They saw Stacy first, then Dr. Miller. He showed them the map of their eye, which they thought was really cool and explained what everything was and that all was normal. He also found a congenital cataract on my daughters eye that no other doctor has bothered to mention to me. Dr. Miller and his Staff are extremely knowledgeable, highly professional and very courteous. I definitely recommend them and we will be going back.

Dr. Beach gave me the best eye exam that I have ever had. I have never had an optometrist give me so much valuable information before. He and his staff are so pleasant... it just makes for a wonderful experience. My previous eye exams and prescriptions were never quite right and my eyes would feel strained when I wore my glasses to see for distance. I went to Dr. Beach over a year ago and have absolutely loved my prescription glasses (both for distance, reading and prescription sun glasses). I lost my glasses recently and am going back to him this week for another exam and prescription... I will never go anywhere else! I referred my mother to Dr. Beach as well and she loves it there as much as I do. She just recently woke up with blurred vision in one eye and went to Dr. Beach. He discovered she had blood in her eye and referred her accordingly. I can't say enough great things about this doctor and I would highly recommend him!
I also had Lasik done about 2 years ago and was able to see 20/20 for about a year and half and then I started to notice a slight change in my vision. I went back in and Dr. Frenkel confirmed that my vision had sligtly decreased in my right eye. Apperently this can happen, like a normal eye can lose vision over time. He was able to determine that he could refine my vision in that eye by immiadetly offereing to do an enhancement surgery on it, free of charge. I had heard most places will often charge for enhancements, so I was very happy Dr. Frenkel was so nice to offer it to me. I believe Lasik is all about having a realistic mindset and those that say negatives things regarding their experience never had the right mind set.
